Earl grey and Muji Snacks: Coconut Meringue and Rice Cracker Yuzu Pepper. Coconut Meringue was surprisingly yummy…it reminds me of Kueh Bangkit, a popular Chinese New Year snack in Singapore.

Had breakfast at Cedele with Ade and MT. I ordered the big breakfast…sausages, bacon, ‘shrooms, greens, a choice of brioche or plain white toast for carbs – I picked brioche and I like my eggs scrambled. The sausages and brioche were a little disappointing, but all else was near perfection especially the creamy scrambled eggs..hmm hmm.

The gals had Caramelized Banana Pancakes and Creamy Bacon pasta. All very happy with the food!

Toast, a secluded little cafe at Ngee Ann City. We popped by for a drink after a whole day of shopping. I had the Berry Smoothie…taste like grape flavoured Yakult.

All beef chilli! and cheesy cheese baked potato at Wendy’s. The last time I had the Wendy’s chilli was 4 years ago in Tokyo (Right pic). And the first time I had it was in NYC 6 years ago. Tasty memories

Went to Ikea on Wednesday with Ade. feeling domesticated! Clipper Earl Grey tea with milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar & Kyoho grapes. I’d never go back to normal grapes again.

Saturday lunch. That cube of tamago tofu is a piece of heaven.

Such a sensible bag, I know I can count on it when I don’t know which bag to use (not that I have that many to begin with)…If only the hardware comes in silver. But brushed gold is not bad?

my weak attempt at making creamy sauce for some leftover macaronis. taste strangely yummy though.

dinner at Applebees with Ade. we ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad (that’s a friggin half size you see there! imagine the real deal…hmm) and a 3 appetizers plate – we picked the sliders, quesadillas and salsa with artichoke dip. It was all so good! But that salad have a special place in my heart <3

Butter blondie thingie. can’t remember the exact name but there’s a blondie innit. nothing great about it. but if you like your dessert huge, sweet and kinda artificial, that’s your girl.

food lovin’ aside. I recently fell in love with the MJ Hillier Hobo bag – and am contemplating one in wine with gold hardware / dark brown with silver hardware / black with silver hardware. Hmm decision decision…

Made nachos topped with salsa, sour cream, black olives, lettuce, avocado, cheese and LOTS of cilantro/coriander/chinese parsley.

The stuff I once considered evil, is now my favourite herb. It’s usually a complimentary ingredient, but i’d never have my oh ah mee sua (Oyster Vermicelli) without it. Other dishes I like it with – Chicken macaroni soup, po piah and of course, nachos!

ughh, so damn good.
